The Brazilian international could be offloaded this summer, with Atleti boss Diego Simeone keen on offering regular first-team football to young centre-back Jose Gimenez.

Reports cite that Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is keen on signing a long-term replacement for veteran skipper John Terry, who could call quits to his Blues career at the end of next season.

Miranda is currently valued at around &pound20m by Atleti.
