Galatasaray are interested in signing up out-of-favour Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski in the summer, according to club manager Hamza Hamzaoglu.
The German international spent the second half of last season on loan with Inter Milan, having failed to make his way in to the first-team under manager Arsene Wenger.
However, he scored a solitary goal for Inter throughout the remainder of the campaign, and this forced the Nerazzurri to opt against a permanent deal for the World Cup winner.
Gala boss Hamzaoglu has now insisted that the former Koln striker is on the club's shortlist of transfer targets, and a bid could be on the offing next month.
