West Bromwich Albion are inching closer to agreeing a fee to sign Queens Park Rangers winger Matty Philips, according to a report.
Philips was one of the stand out performers for the R's, in what was a dismal Premier League campaign leading to their eventual relegation.
The Sun reports that Baggies boss Tony Pulis is close to sealing a £7m deal for the talented winger.
Philips scored three goals in 28 games for the West London side last season.
