Manchester United are open to the sale of star keeper David de Gea to Real Madrid, provided they are offered defender Sergio Ramos in a straight swap deal.

  • Mauricio Pochettino confirms fresh injury blow for Chelsea star
  • Arsenal want to make four marquee signings this summer

  • De Gea is expected to seal his switch to the Bernabeu this summer, but a transfer fee has yet to be agreed between the clubs involved.

According to The Star, United chief executive Ed Woodward has insisted that Los Blancos should forget about signing De Gea unless experience defender Sergio Ramos is included in a straight exchange.

Manchester United have already agreed a deal in principle to sign PSV Eindhoven star Memphis Depay this summer.
