Barcelona forward Pedro will head to the Premier League during the summer transfer window.
The Spain international is thought to have agreed terms over a contract with Manchester United, and the transfer could be announced after the Joan Gamper trophy.
The president of Pedro's former club Jaime Lorenzo has now admitted the 27-year-old will make his way to England in the summer.
It is added that Raqui San Lorenzo will receive up to fifteen-percent of Pedro's transfer sum as part of a contractual clause.
Pedro struggled to cement his place in the starting line-up last term, as manager Luis Enrique favoured the likes of Neymar, Luis Suarez and Messi ahead of him in the pecking order.
