Roma defender Alessio Romagnoli is reportedly undergoing a medical with AC Milan.
The central defender is thought to have left the Italy Under-21 side in order to have a series of medical tests with the San Siro outfit.
Rossoneri chief Adriano Galliani has now revealed that the club have settled on a fee of £17.6m plus add-ons for the 20-year-old defender.
"We're all happy. It's 99.8 percent done." he told reporters.
Pomagnoli made 32 appearances on loan at Sampdoria last season.
