Everton are expected to knock back Chelsea's £30m offer for star defender John Stones.
The England international is regarded as the Blues' top target for the transfer window, in spite of the Toffees insisting that the player is not for sale.
According to The Mail, Chelsea will up their bids for both Stones and Augsburg full-back Abdul Baba Rahman, as they look to conclude their business for the transfer window.
However, the Toffees will stay put on their decision, regardless of the improved offer, as Stones is unlikely to demand an exit from Goodison Park.
