Spain international Victor Valdes is reportedly closing in on a summer move to Besiktas from Manchester United
The talented shot-stopper joined the Red Devils on a free transfer in January, following weeks of training with the first-team.
However, he struggled to gain first-team action with Louis van Gaal favouring David de Gea for the number one role.
Valdes' position at United got sour in the summer as van Gaal dispelled him from the first-team due to his reluctance to play for the club's second string side.
According to Fanatik, Besiktas officials has flown to Manchester to finalize the player's £1.5m transfer.
The 33 made just two league appearances for United last season.
