Spain international Victor Valdes seemingly has no future at Manchester United despite being included in the club's 21-man squad for the league season.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game

  • The former Barcelona shot-stopper was handed a place in the first-team at United, as Premier League clubs are prohibited from excluding a player unless they exceed the 25-man limit, Manchester Evening News reports.

It is added that Valdes' relation has gone sour with manager Louis van Gaal following his refusal to play for the club's second string side.

The 32-year-old has however not attained a shirt number, and will play no part in the club's Champions League campaign.
