Arsenal are reportedly favourites to land the services of young prodigy Sergi Samper.
The 20-year-old has struggled for regular first-team football at Camp Nou and was linked with a move to the Gunners over the summer.
However, Barca were not open to his sale due to a transfer embargo which prevented them from playing new recruits.
The Star now understands that the Catalan giants would be willing to offload the wantaway midfielder when their ban concludes in January.
