Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal in principle to sign Corinthians striker Alexandre Pato.
The Brazil international has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs following his impressive show on loan at Sao Paolo.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Reds have had a verbal agreement with Corinthians, and may well finalize a £14.2m deal for the former AC Milan star in the coming weeks.
It is added that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp sees the talented striker as an excellent addition to his squad following a season-ending injury to Danny Ings.
Pato has scored 37 goals in 94 outings for Sao Paolo.
