Chelsea's out-of-favour defender Papy Djilobodji could be heading back to Ligue 1 with Marseille in January.
The Senegalese international joined the Premier League holders from Nantes in the summer, but is yet to make a league appearance under Jose Mourinho.
A report from The Star claims that Marseille boss Margarita Louis-Dreyfus is keen on sealing a temporary deal for the 27-year-old centre-back who has fared well in the French league.
It is added that the Blues would be willing to ship out the defender as he is unlikely to take part in the club's plans for the season.
Mourinho has earlier stated that he had no knowledge on the signing of Djilobodji.
