Liverpool are pondering over a January move for Real Madrid forward Jese Rodriguez.
The 22-year-old has struggled for first-team action under Rafael Benitez, and has featured for just 25 minutes in La Liga.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is understood to be eyeing a move for a new striker with England international Daniel Sturridge struggling to come to terms with his injury problems.
According to Spanish source Don Balon, the German head coach is tracking Jese's situation at Real, and could make an offer for his services next month.
League rivals Arsenal and Serie A side Napoli are also said to be interested in the young striker.
