Belgian sensation Eden Hazard is expected to seek a fresh challenge away from the Premier League in the summer.
The 24-year-old played a vital role last season as the Blues regained the Premier League title after a five-year wait.
However, he has played in his shadow this campaign, and has yet to score a league goal for the club.
According to The Mail, the talented playmaker could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge in July with interest high from the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
Hazard has scored 49 goals in over 180 appearances for Chelsea.
