Chelsea are rumoured to have contacted Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri regarding a summer move back to Stamford Bridge. Ranieri has helped the Foxes to second in the Premier League table.

Having parted company with Jose Mourinho last year, Guus Hiddink has come in at Chelsea and has so far failed to stop the rot. Hiddink will leave at the end of the season and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is said to be interested in bringing back Ranieri. The Italian came in for Nigel Pearson at Leicester in the summer and has done a sterling job in a short space of time.
