Arsenal have reportedly agreed a deal to sign a 17 year old youngster who plays for Torpedo Moscow defender Vyacheslav Dmitriev. The player was linked with a move to several big sides including Juventus.

The 17-year-old has been given the nickname The Elephant in his homeland. The player was also being monitored by several Serie A clubs and Juventus are believed to have made a counter offer to Arsenal's initial bid.



Arsenal have paid up to £2.5 million to land the defender who will join up with the Arsenal reserves for the rest of the season.
