Incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is open to the sale of Belgian midfielder Eden Hazard in the summer. The Belgian international has had a tough time in the Premier League this term with goals hard to come by.

  • Hazard played an influential role for the Blues as they lifted the Premier League after a five-year wait last season.

However, the Belgian has struggled to live up to his promise this campaign, thus leading to claims that he could opt for a fresh move during the summer transfer window.

According to The Express, Conte would permit the sale of Hazard, provided any club is willing to match their hefty £80m price tag.

French champions Paris Saint-Germain and Spanish giants Real Madrid are among the top sides vying for the player's signature.

Hazard has notched just three assists in the league this season.
