The Citizens are expected to have an overhaul of their squad this summer with many of the club's veteran players set to be shown the exit door.

A report from The Star claims that the Citizens have given up on their pursuit of France international Pogba after Juve refused to come down on their &pound62m asking price.

Adding to his, the club have now turned their focus to Pogba's teammate Morata, who has been linked with a potential move away from the Old Lady.

Real Madrid currently have the first option on Morata due to their buy-out clause, but City will still give their best to lure the Spanish striker to the Etihad this summer.
