Thibaut Courtois set for Chelsea stay

28 May 2016 - 07:39

Belgian international Thibaut Courtois is likely to remain at Stamford Bridge despite strong interest from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

  • Chelsea midfielder looking forward to London derby vs Spurs
  • Arsenal in the front row to sign Dutch striker

  • The 24-year-old made his way to the Blues first-team in 2014 following three successive loan spells with Atletico Madrid.

Since then, he has racked 57 appearances for the West London giants, winning the league title in 2015 while also going through the club's worst run during the previous campaign.

A report from The Express claims that the Belgian stopper is ready to commit his future to the Blues once Antonio Conte takes over the managerial reigns after Euro 2016.

Courtois will have a huge role to play for his national side as they take on Europe's best in France next month.
