West Ham United are in advanced negotiations with AC Milan over a move for Colombian striker Carlos Bacca. The 26-year-old had a fairly good campaign with the Rossoneri despite their failure to qualify for Europe this season.
The Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is on the search for a new striker as his side look to bolster their forward options ahead of their switch to the Olympic Stadium.
According to Gianlucadimarzio.com, the East London side have had a £16m offer accepted for Bacca, and are now finalizing performance-related clauses ahead of a potential transfer for the player.
Bacca netted 20 goals in all competitions for the Milan giants following his move from Sevilla last year.
