American full back DeAndre Yedlin will complete a permanent transfer to Newcastle United from Tottenham Hotspur this weekend. The defender will make a 5 million GBP transfer to the North of England.

The Toon Army have been busy rebuilding their squad for their Championship campaign and manager Rafa Benitez is said to be delighted to have secured a permanent transfer for the player.

According to reports, DeAndre Yedlin has asked for a transfer away from St James Park' after failing to dislodge Kyle Walker and Danny Rose from the Spurs first team.
