  • Koscielny, who is currently in the final year of his Gunners contract, is expected to put pen to paper on a three-year extension with the club.

According to L'Equipe, the centre-half has been negotiations over an extension since January, and he has now finalized an agreement which will see him earn wages of around £130,000-a-week.

Koscielny would surpass the record for the longest-serving French player with the Gunners, should he remain for the length of his new contract.

Former great Patrick Vieira currently holds the record having spent nine seasons with Arsenal between 1996 and 2005.
