Arsenal have once again been linked with a move for Wolfsburg midfielder Julian Draxler. The German international is a likely candidate to leave the Volkswagen Arena in the New Year.
The World Cup winner was tipped to leave the Wolves in the summer transfer window with a whole host of clubs including Arsenal deemed to have lodged bids for his services.
According to The Sun, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger still remains a firm admirer of the midfielder's talents, and will seek to lure the player to the Emirates when the transfer window reopens in January.
Draxler has fallen out with the Wolves' hierarchy in recent months and this has seen sporting director Klaus Allofs admit that the player could be offloaded at the start of 2017.
European giants Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain also hold a keen interest in Draxler with the latter deemed to have failed with a £45m plus offer for the 23-year-old in the summer.
