The Blues had pursued both players during last summer\'s transfer window, but unfortunately, there could not reach a suitable agreement.

According to Yahoo Sport, Blues boss Antonio Conte has revealed his intention to bring the pairing to Stamford Bridge as he bids to further strengthen his squad for a Champions League campaign next term.

Former player Lukaku is currently the top-scorer in the Premier League with 16 goals, and he could be cashed in, should any side match Everton\'s &pound80m asking price.

Meanwhile, Valencia ace Cancelo has been linked with numerous clubs over the past month including Barcelona amid news that he could leave for &pound25m in the summer.

Chelsea currently occupy the top spot in the Premier League and look destined for the title unless they go through a wretched run between now and the end of the season.
