Man Utd identify De Gea replacement?

Manchester United are plotting a summer move for Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak, should they part ways with David de Gea in the summer.

  • The Red Devils are facing the prospect of losing star goalkeeper David de Gea in the summer with Real Madrid willing to cough up a substantial sum to secure his signature.

As a result, United have begun their search for a new shot-stopper with Oblak being lined up as the top option to replace the Spain international.

In spite of this, it is suggested that United could keep hold of De Gea next season if they manage to qualify for next season's Champions League.

Jose Mourinho's side need to defeat Ajax in the Europa League final next week in order to guarantee their spot in the group stage of the premier competition.

Manchester United are likely to hold out for £60m - a world-record fee for a goalkeeper if De Gea pushes for a potential exit from Old Trafford.
