Nigeria international Victor Moses could reportedly be sidelined for the next four weeks after he sustained a hamstring injury during Chelsea's 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend.
The 26-year-old pulled out with the problem in the first-half of the Blues defeat, and it appears that he may not feature until after the international break, The Telegraph claims.
Moses has transformed into a regular at right wing-back over the past 15 months, and he has remained the first-choice despite the summer arrival of Davide Zappacosta.
The Premier League holders have suffered a couple of setbacks of late with both N'Golo Kante and Alvaro Morata suffering similar muscle problems.
While Morata has returned to first-team training, the news on Kante is not positive as he could miss the key game against Manchester United in early November.
Chelsea will look to end their recent run of back-to-back defeats when they take on Italian giants AS Roma in the Champions League group stage on Wednesday night.
