22 February 2008 - 23:49

Man City striker Valeri Bojinov has hinted that in the future he hopes to one day join Roma. The Serie A giants are currently in second place, and has already played in Italy for Fiorentina and Juventus.

  • Chelsea expected to sell striker after loan deal
  • Arsenal defender misses training ahead of Man Utd game

  • “I have a dream for when my adventure at Manchester City ends and that is to play for Roma,” he stated.

“During the sad period just after my knee operation I lived there and it was an extraordinary city full of splendid people.

“There is passion. There is chaos and an amazing atmosphere that I love. To play for Roma would be the best. “I have spoken to Marco Cassetti and Mirko Vucinic and they were enchanted by Rome too.

“How can you see a team with Francesco Totti, Amantino Mancini, Ludovic Giuly and Daniele De Rossi and not want to play for them?”
