Manchester City managed Pep Guardiola has reportedly added Chelsea's Eden Hazard to his list of targets ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Belgium international has been linked with a number of elite clubs over the past year, though he has cited that he is content at the west London giants.
According to Sport, Guardiola is planning to strengthen the attack further during the summer, and Hazard has been earmarked as the prime option to bolster the ranks.
Aside from Hazard, the Catalan tactician also has an eye on Leicester City's Riyad Mahrez and AS Monaco's Thomas Lemar with the latter having nearly joined the club in January.
Hazard's form has dropped over the past month at Stamford Bridge, and this has directly influence the Blues' form in the Premier League, where they are facing an improbable battle to finish in the top four.
Chelsea are currently 10 points behind both Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, and they require a miracle of some sort in order to avoid missing out on Champions League football for the second time in three seasons.
