West Ham United could reportedly end their interest in Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, who is expected to be available on a free transfer next month.
The 26-year-old has already decided to end his decade-long stint with the Arsenal senior side next month when his contract officially concludes.
As a result, there has been plenty of interest from several Premier League clubs including West Ham, who appear to have now reached a stumbling block over the move.
According to The Sun, the east London outfit are prepared to match Wilshere's demands of a £100,000-a-week package but they are only willing to offer him a one-year contract.
Manuel Pellegrini's side are seemingly doubtful over Wilshere's fitness in the long-run and their hesitancy is likely to urge the midfielder to consider options elsewhere.
Serie A duo AC Milan and Juventus have also been credited with an interest in the Stevenage-born ace but it remains to be seen whether the midfielder would fancy a move abroad.
