Liverpool have reportedly decided to reward Andrew Robertson with a significant payrise after an impressive debut season with the club.
The Scotland international only joined the Reds from Hull City last summer but he has since made good strides to become the club's undisputed left-back.
Robertson presently has three more years remaining on his existing deal but The Mirror suggests that the 24-year-old should put pen-to-paper on a bumper agreement in the coming weeks.
At present, the Scot is on a weekly wage of around £60,000-a-week and the Reds are reportedly willing to double the package after raising above his initial expectations.
Robertson has made 31 appearances for the Reds since his £10m move from Hull City. He started the opening day triumph over West Ham United and he is expected to once more feature against Crystal Palace.
Aside from Robertson, the Reds are also planning an extension for Sadio Mane and the discussions could only be a 'formality' with the Senegalese clearly content with his progress at Anfield.
