Manchester United legend Bryan Robson has described attacker Alexis Sanchez as a top-class player, but has said that he is yet to demonstrate his best qualities at Old Trafford side.
Despite saying this, the former West Bromwich Albion player believes that the Chilean international will get back to his best at Old Trafford.
"Sanchez is a top-class player. But we haven’t seen the best of him at Manchester United so far," he told the Daily Mail. "But I’m sure he’ll get to the top of his game."
Sanchez joined Manchester United from Arsenal in January in a swap deal that took Henrikh Mkhitaryan to the opposite direction.
Since his move to United, he has failed to live up to the expectations at Old Trafford, and Jose Mourinho's defensive tactics at certain times have not helped.
He has played 21 games so far, scoring 3 times, and assisting six goals.
He has featured in three Premier League games this season, including United's last match against Burnley.
