Callum Hudson-Odoi increasingly tempted to leave Chelsea?

Chelsea graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi has been encouraged to pursue a fresh challenge away from Stamford Bridge in the aftermath of the comments made by assistant manager Gianfranco Zola.

  • Chelsea eyeing part-exchange deal to sign Osimhen
  • Chelsea & Arsenal handed blow in Bundesliga striker pursuit

  • The youngster has garnered just 19 minutes of first-team action since the close of the winter transfer window, where he was the subject of multiple failed bids from Bayern Munich.

According to The Mail, the teenager is said to be seriously considering his future with the Blues following the recent comments made by Zola in a press conference.

Zola had recently suggested that Hudson-Odoi must be content with the reduced gametime at the Blues, given he is still below the likes of Eden Hazard, Pedro and Willian in the pecking order for the wider positions.

This does not seem to have pleased Hudson-Odoi, who feels hard done by the recent treatment at the club. Hudson-Odoi is widely expected to reject a new contract beyond June 2020 which should push him through the exit door this summer.
