Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic could be heading for a January exit after spending just 24 minutes at the club's training ground on Wednesday.
The Serbia international has clearly fallen out-of-favour under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this term and he has been restricted to just three appearances in the Premier League.
According to The Mail, the relationship between Matic and Solskjaer may have deteriorated after the midfielder missed a team bonding session earlier in the month to have a dinner with Wolves striker Patrick Cutrone.
The same outlet reveals that Matic spent only 24 minutes at the Carrington training complex on Wednesday and that could be a sign that his time at the club is coming to an end.
Matic has been linked with both AC Milan and Inter Milan in recent months but there has also been the talk of the midfielder reuniting with former Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho at Tottenham Hotspur.
Solskjaer has clearly dismissed the speculation earlier in the week but it remains to be seen whether Matic remains at Old Trafford beyond the January transfer window.
