Aston Villa are reportedly weighing up an attempt to sign Chelsea winger Pedro when the transfer window reopens in less than a month's time.
Pedro has been frozen out from the first-team duties for most of the current season and he has managed just one start over the past two months.
During this period, Christian Pulisic has cemented his place as a regular starter on the wings while the injury return of Callum Hudson-Odoi has meant that Pedro has failed to even make the matchday squad.
According to The Telegraph, the Villains are keen on bolstering their attack at the turn of the year and they will seek to agree on a cut-price deal to land Pedro from the Blues.
Pedro's current deal with the west London giants expires at the end of the campaign and the Blues are likely to be tempted by any proposal, given he has hardly played under Frank Lampard in recent months.
