Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette is said to have no plans of joining Inter Milan when the transfer window reopens at the end of the season.

  • The Frenchman has been in and out of the starting XI under Mikel Arteta this year and there has been the suggestion that he could head through the exit door.

Inter Milan are understood to have enquired over a possible summer deal but L'Equipe claims that the marksman has no desire to leave the north London side.

The 29-year-old still has more than two years remaining on his contract with the Gunners and he is determined to spend at least another season with the club before assessing his options.

Lacazette has bagged 45 goals and 21 assists for the Gunners since his move from Lyon in 2017. He has struggled for form during the current season where he has bagged only nine goals.

Arsenal will resume their league campaign after the coronavirus shutdown with an away trip to Manchester City on June 17. Lacazette could lead the line after bagging the winner coming off the bench against West Ham United in the previous game.
