  • Fernandes unhappy with Man Utd role under Amorim

  • It is understood that Everton could do battle with several other sides for the signature of Moses Simon, with German giants Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig both considering a move for the player who has 40 caps to his name.

The 24-year-old, who previously had spells with Belgian club Gent and Spanish side Levante, is considered one of the best young players from his country and has previously been linked with a move to England to both Tottenham and Liverpool.

However it is understood that Carlo Ancelotti, the Italian coach in charge of Everton, is a huge fan of the 5 foot 6 midfielder, and is ready to spend the vast majority of his transfer spend on signing the player.

Simon came through the Ajax Amsterdam youth system before a short spell with Slovakian side Trencin.
