Middlesbrough striker Sanli Tuncay has rejected claims that he is keen to make a move back to his homeland, Turkey, as Besiktas and Fenerbahce were reportedly interested in signing the striker this summer.

  • "I really miss my friends so it was really nice to be back," the 26-year-old told the club's website. "I like living in England, everything is going just fine.



    "Everyone keeps asking me whether I miss Turkey or not. Of course I love seeing the guys, but my family came to live with me so I'm happy in England.



    "I want to keep playing here for as long as possible."
