Middlesbrough striker Sanli Tuncay has rejected claims that he is keen to make a move back to his homeland, Turkey, as Besiktas and Fenerbahce were reportedly interested in signing the striker this summer.
"I really miss my friends so it was really nice to be back," the 26-year-old told the club's website. "I like living in England, everything is going just fine.
"Everyone keeps asking me whether I miss Turkey or not. Of course I love seeing the guys, but my family came to live with me so I'm happy in England.
"I want to keep playing here for as long as possible."
