Juventus have reportedly joined the likes of Inter Milan and Lazio in the race to sign Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
The Frenchman has experienced a tough 2020/21 season and he has made only one Premier League start to date.
With the Euro 2020 next summer, Giroud is desperate for regular gametime and he is likely to push for a January exit.
According to Calciomercato, the Bianconeri are the latest club to express an interest, given their need for alternative striker options.
The Turin giants have made an average start to the season by their high standards and they are six points behind runaway leaders AC Milan.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been the standout performer upfront with eight goals and the Bianconeri have tended to struggle when he has been absent.
Hence, Andrea Pirlo is looking for a fresh centre-forward in the ranks and Giroud has emerged as a suitable target with his physical presence.
Giroud has only seven months left on his Blues contract.
