AC Milan have reportedly joined Juventus in the race to sign Olivier Giroud from Chelsea.
Giroud joined the Blues from Arsenal in 2018 and he has proved a good signing with 37 goals and 14 assists from 103 appearances.
Despite his exploits, he has been in-and-out of the starting lineup and recently, he was left on the bench for the Manchester City defeat.
With under six months left on his contract, Giroud is free to speak with overseas clubs and Milan are reportedly keen on signing him.
The San Siro outfit are on the hunt for a new target man upfront with Zlatan Ibrahimovic approaching his 40th birthday.
Aside from them, Juventus are also looking to land his signature, but could shift their attention to Fernando Llorente in case of a failed bid.
Both sides want to sign Giroud this month, but the Blues are likely to turn down any offers for the former Gunners man.
Giroud has scored eight goals in his previous eight appearances, but he has still been an unused substitute on a regular basis in the league.
