West Ham United have identified Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham as their top target for the summer transfer window.
Abraham has been in and out of the starting line-up for the Blues this term and he was recently axed from the squad to face Manchester United.
According to The Independent, the Hammers are keeping a close eye on Abraham's situation and may make an approach to sign him this summer.
The east London outfit parted ways with Sebastien Haller in January but were unable to land a suitable replacement before the transfer deadline.
The Blues are not actively looking to part ways with Abraham, but that may become a reality, if manager Thomas Tuchel recruits a new striker.
The club are lining up an ambitious move for Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland and reports claim that he could cost more than £100m.
Abraham has turned out 30 times for the Blues in all competitions this term, registering 12 goals and six assists.
