Inter Milan and Lazio are reportedly keen on landing the signature of Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud this summer.
The Frenchman has netted 11 goals for the Blues this term, which includes six from just eight Champions League appearances.
However, he has barely made the playing field in recent months, and is expected to leave the Blues when his contract expires in June.
According to Calciomercato, the Nerazzurri are chasing the striker's signature, but they could face direct competition from Lazio.
Lazio are prepared to guarantee the 34-year-old with regular game time, which won't be an assurance with the Serie A champions.
Giroud had previously talked about extending his stay with the Blues, but that appears unlikely to happen with his lack of playing time.
Timo Werner and Kai Havertz have been preferred ahead of him regularly despite the fact that they have misfired in front of goal.
Giroud has also been linked with a move to Turkish giants Trabzonspor.
