Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka is close to leaving the club to join Serie A club Roma, football.london reports.
The Swiss has been with the Gunners for the past five seasons, where he has accumulated 220 appearances in all competitions.
He has been a key player under manager Mikel Arteta, but has come for criticism for his performances from some fans.
According to football.london, the Gunners are in advanced negotiations with Roma over the potential sale of Xhaka.
Roma boss Jose Mourinho remains a huge admirer of the Swiss, and Xhaka is open to playing under him next term.
The exact fee has not been mentioned, but Roma previously made an offer of around €13 million that was rejected.
The Gunners want around €20m for the midfielder, but there could be a compromise with a sum in between.
The north London giants are planning a major rebuild this summer, and want to recoup around £60m from player sales.
