Arsenal have reportedly turned their attention towards Alexander Isak as they are unlikely to sign Dusan Vlahovic.
Vlahovic has been their prime target for the transfer window, but the Serbian has no plans of leaving Fiorentina this month.
Hence, the Gunners are already looking into alternatives and The Athletic claims that they are considering a move for Isak.
Isak has been a long-term target for the north London giants. They were heavily linked with him in the last transfer window.
Since then, his release clause has been upped from €70m to €90m, but this has not stopped the speculation regarding his future.
The Gunners will look to negotiate a suitable agreement with Sociedad, but a deal appears difficult at the current point of time.
Sociedad may not want to lose their main striker at such a short notice. They may not sell for less than his buy-out clause this month.
Isak has previously talked about his ambition of playing in the Premier League, and personal terms should be a mere formality.
