Chelsea manager Graham Potter has heaped praise on Enzo Fernandez following his stand-out performance at Leicester City.
The Blues won by a 3-1 scoreline at the King Power Stadium today but the margin of victory could have been much wider.
Goals from Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz and Mateo Kovacic sealed the win but Fernandez was definitely the unsung hero.
The Argentine has been a revelation since his January move and he stood out with another top-class midfield performance.
He completed 88 per cent of his passes against the Foxes and was also brilliant with his vision in the final third of the pitch.
Speaking after the game, Potter hailed Fernandez as fantastic, he said: 'Enzo's a fantastic player and he’s a young player."
"He’s going to get better and better as he’s with us more because he’s just arrived from another country and another league. So you always have to adapt to that but you can see his quality."
Despite the victory, Chelsea remain 10th in the Premier League but they will be aiming to end the season on a high note.
