Manchester United defender Harry Maguire has opened the door to joining West Ham United, according to Daily Mail.
The England international had a difficult 2022/23 campaign with the Red Devils, and he was limited to just 16 starts.
Maguire's situation is unlikely to improve anytime soon, and he has now given the green light to join West Ham.
The centre-back has been an undisputed starter for England since 2017, but could lose his starting spot if he stays at United.
Hence, he has made the decision to move on, but a transfer depends on the Hammers meeting the asking price for him.
David Moyes' recently made an offer of £30m for the former Leicester man, but United are eyeing at least £35m to sell.
With the small difference in the valuations, it may not be long before an agreement is reached between the clubs.
The one stumbling block for United could be the pay-off. Maguire is unlikely to accept a pay-cut without that.
