Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia has turned down Liverpool for a move to Chelsea this summer.
The Belgian youngster was on the radar of the Blues last summer, but the Saints were reluctant to sell him.
However, they have now decided to cash in following his relegation. He looks set to move to Stamford Bridge.
Lavia has received bids from Chelsea and Liverpool, but he has made the decision to join Mauricio Pochettino's side.
The 19-year-old is set to sign for the west London giants for an initial £50 million plus performance based bonuses.
Chelsea have been the biggest spenders in the transfer window, and they have already paid over £300m in fees.
Their spending spree could reach closer to £400m. Lavia is set to join in the coming days while a striker is a target.
Christopher Nkunku recently suffered a long-term injury, and Pochettino is keen to bring a new marksman on board.
Montpellier's Elye Wahi is apparently a top target for the Blues.
