Clichy misses out on Euro 08

Gael Clichy has been omitted from France's Euro 2008 squad despite an impressive season for the Gunners. Raymond Domenech has decided to plump for Patrice Evra and Eric Abidal.

The French left back is believed to be understandably gutted after missing out, after the Man Utd defender Evra was called up in his place.



The 22 year old has only represented France 'B' and Domenech has yet to give him a chance on the big stage.
