Arsenal have set an asking price of around £40 million to sell Emile Smith Rowe amid interest from Fulham and Crystal Palace.
The England international has played just over 700 minutes in the last two seasons and he could pursue a new challenge soon.
Smith Rowe has a strong bond with the Gunners, but the club are unlikely to block him from leaving, should he request to leave.
The club have already turned down an opening bid of £30m from Fulham and they are awaiting more transfer proposals in the coming days.
The Cottagers are optimistic of winning the race for the 24-year-old, but Palace could provide stiff competition for the versatile star.
The south London club recently gained a huge fee with Michael Olise's move to Bayern Munich and could spend the sum on Smith Rowe.
Smith Rowe seems open to joining either club, but could prefer to sign for Fulham, having already spoken with manager Marco Silva.
