Chelsea attacker Cole Palmer has been named as England's Senior Men's Player of the Year for the 2023/24 season.
The 22-year-old joined the Blues from Manchester City last term and he had a sensational campaign with 42 goal contributions in all competitions.
He also starred for England at the European Championship. He provided an assist in the semi-final while also scoring off the bench in the final.
Palmer has continued his bright form with the Blues this season and we are not surprised that he has been named as England's best male player.
The midfielder withdrew from Nations League duty last month with a minor injury, but he is expected to be involved in the upcoming games.
England have made a perfect start in League B with two wins out of two and should be favourites to beat Greece and Finland in the next two games.
Palmer could get the nod in the number 10 role, considering his exceptional form at club level since joining the Blues from the league champions.
