Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi is expected to turn down a move to Arsenal during the summer transfer window, according to The Sun.
The England international will enter the last year of his Palace contract next month. He is widely expected to head for the exit door this summer.
The Gunners are one of his main admirers, but the former Chelsea graduate may not join the club due to concerns over playing time next season.
The 24-year-old needs regular first-team football ahead of the World Cup next year. He may not get the same playing under manager Mikel Arteta.
Gabriel Magalhaes has just signed a new contract and he is expected to be a regular starter alongside William Saliba in the heart of the Arsenal defence next season, provided they are both fit.
Guehi is aware of the situation and would prefer to move elsewhere. Premier League rivals Liverpool have emerged as potential candidates to sign the talented defender over the past few days.
